2. About the Service
Find.report is designed to help business users understand financial activity, expense trends, cash flow, transaction patterns, benchmarks, market exposure, operational risk and other business reporting information through dashboards, uploads, integrations, AI-assisted analysis and reports.
The Service may include features for transaction upload, ledger creation, expense categorisation, vendor analysis, cash-flow views, financial-health scores, market watchlists, AI explanations, benchmark comparisons, downloadable reports, admin controls, data export, subscription management and related functionality.
We may improve, update, replace, suspend, rename or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing the core functionality of a paid Plan during its paid subscription term, unless changes are required for security, legal, operational, third-party provider or misuse-prevention reasons.
3. Eligibility and authority
The Service is intended for business and professional use. It is not intended for children, personal household budgeting, retail investment advice, consumer credit advice, tax filing, regulated accounting services, regulated investment services or any activity requiring a professional licence unless separately agreed in writing.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you access the Service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms and that the organisation is responsible for your use and the use of all Authorised Users.
4. Accounts, admins and security
4.1 Account information
You must provide accurate, current and complete account, company, industry, country, billing and contact information. You must keep that information up to date.
4.2 Admin responsibilities
Customer is responsible for managing Authorised Users, permissions, admin roles, data access, connected accounts, exports, billing settings and workspace configuration. Actions taken by an Admin User are treated as authorised by Customer.
4.3 Credentials and access
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, devices, authentication methods and all activity under your Account. You must promptly notify us at hi@find.agency if you suspect unauthorised access, credential compromise or misuse.
4.4 Account controls
We may require multi-factor authentication, stronger passwords, email verification, domain verification, identity checks, fraud checks or additional security steps where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
5. Plans, subscriptions and billing
5.1 Plans and features
Features, limits, storage, integrations, user seats, usage caps, AI credits, exports, benchmark access and support levels may vary by Plan. Plan descriptions are provided on the website, in-app, in an order form or in a separate written agreement.
5.2 Trials and free plans
Trial or free Plans may be limited, changed, suspended or ended at any time. Unless we state otherwise, trial access is provided for evaluation only and may not include all production features, support commitments or data-retention periods.
5.3 Paid subscriptions
Paid Plans renew automatically at the stated interval unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an order form.
5.4 Billing provider
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method for Fees, taxes and renewal charges. We do not store full card numbers.
5.5 Taxes
Fees are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding tax, duties and similar charges unless stated otherwise. Customer is responsible for applicable taxes, except taxes based on our net income.
5.6 Changes to pricing
We may change prices, Plan features or billing terms. For paid recurring subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice of material price changes before they apply to the next renewal, unless the change is due to taxes, exchange rates, third-party provider costs, misuse, usage overages or a change requested by Customer.
5.7 Late payment
If payment fails or is overdue, we may downgrade, restrict, suspend or terminate access after reasonable notice, unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect the Service or prevent misuse.
6. Permitted use and restrictions
You may use the Service only for lawful internal business analysis, financial reporting, business intelligence, expense review, operational monitoring and related professional purposes.
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively or in a way that infringes third-party rights;
- upload malware, malicious code, corrupted files or content designed to disrupt systems;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, usage caps, authentication, billing controls or access permissions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy or attempt to derive source code, model logic, prompts, scoring logic or non-public algorithms, except to the extent prohibited by law;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, benchmark or extract data using automated tools without written permission;
- use the Service to build, train or improve a competing product without written permission;
- submit data that you do not have the right to submit;
- submit special-category Personal Data, criminal-offence data, payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers or highly sensitive personal information unless the Service expressly supports it and you have a lawful basis;
- use the Service to make unlawful, discriminatory, solely automated, legally significant or similarly significant decisions about individuals;
- use AI Outputs as the sole basis for employment, credit, insurance, lending, investment, tax, legal, accounting or other high-impact decisions;
- misrepresent AI Outputs as human-reviewed professional advice; or
- interfere with the operation, security, integrity or performance of the Service.
7. Customer Data
7.1 Ownership
Customer retains all rights in Customer Data. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Customer Data to Find.report.
7.2 Licence to provide the Service
Customer grants Find.report and its subprocessors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, transform, classify, structure, analyse, display, export and otherwise use Customer Data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, troubleshoot, develop and improve the Service, comply with law, enforce these Terms and perform our obligations.
7.3 Accuracy and suitability
Customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, integrity and completeness of Customer Data. The Service may produce incorrect results if Customer Data is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, misclassified, outdated or inconsistent.
7.4 Data exports and backups
The Service may provide export tools. Customer is responsible for exporting any data needed for its own records. We may maintain backups for operational resilience, but backups are not a substitute for Customer recordkeeping obligations.
7.5 Personal Data in financial records
Customer acknowledges that financial records may include Personal Data, including names, emails, bank reference text, payroll references, sole-trader details, customer names, vendor contacts, employee expenses and free-text transaction descriptions. Customer must ensure it has a lawful basis to upload, connect, disclose and process such data through the Service.
7.6 Prohibited sensitive data
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Customer must not upload or connect medical records, biometric data, precise geolocation trails, children’s data, criminal records, full payment-card data, authentication credentials, national identifiers or other sensitive data not necessary for business financial reporting.
8. Connected accounts, integrations and open banking
The Service may allow Customer to connect bank accounts, payment accounts, accounting tools, spreadsheets, cloud storage, market watchlists or third-party systems. Connection features may be provided directly by us or through regulated open-banking providers, account-information providers, payment processors, integration partners or API providers.
Where you connect an account or integration, you authorise us and the relevant provider to access, retrieve, refresh, process and display the data necessary to provide the requested feature. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority from the account holder and any relevant organisation.
Unless expressly stated, Find.report does not initiate payments, move funds, hold client money, provide regulated banking services, provide regulated investment services, or guarantee that third-party account data is complete, accurate or current. You may need to re-authenticate connections periodically. You may disconnect integrations through available settings or by contacting support.
9. AI, analytics and financial outputs
9.1 AI-assisted features
Find.report may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, rules-based logic, analytics models, external data sources and third-party AI providers to classify transactions, detect patterns, summarise changes, explain financial movements, produce health scores, generate report drafts, suggest categories, identify anomalies, create benchmarks, create risk briefings, summarise news and produce AI Outputs.
9.2 Informational only
AI Outputs and all reports, dashboards, benchmarks, health scores, news views, risk indicators, forecasts and recommendations are provided for informational and business-analysis purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, audit, accounting, insurance, payroll, credit, lending, insolvency, regulated advice or professional advice.
9.3 No regulated advice or fiduciary relationship
Find.report is not acting as your accountant, auditor, tax adviser, financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, fiduciary, trustee, credit adviser or legal adviser. The Service does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold or enter into any particular investment, financial product, loan, insurance product or regulated transaction.
9.4 Human review required
You must review AI Outputs, classifications, calculations, forecasts and dashboards before relying on them. AI Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, biased, misleading or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Service.
9.5 No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee cost savings, improved cash flow, increased revenue, investment performance, tax outcomes, compliance outcomes, business growth, creditworthiness, risk reduction or any specific business result.
9.6 External data
Market data, exchange-rate data, business news, benchmark data and third-party content may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or subject to additional terms. You must verify important information from independent sources.
10. Benchmarks, aggregated data and product analytics
Find.report may generate benchmarks, averages, indices, market views, product analytics, usage insights, performance statistics and similar outputs using aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data. We will not intentionally disclose Customer-identifiable financial data in public benchmarks.
Customer permits Find.report to use aggregated or de-identified data for industry benchmarks, product analytics, platform reporting, feature development, model evaluation, security monitoring, trend analysis, marketing statistics and service improvement, provided such data does not reasonably identify Customer or any individual.
Customer must not attempt to re-identify aggregated or de-identified data, benchmark contributors, other customers or individual data subjects.
11. Third-party services
The Service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, payments, open banking, accounting integrations, email delivery, customer support, AI inference, market data, news feeds, exchange rates, logging, monitoring, fraud prevention and other operations.
Third-party services are outside our control and may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices, limits, outages, data-retention practices and charges. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
12. Intellectual property
Find.report, its software, website, user interface, dashboards, workflow design, scoring logic, classification logic, prompts, models, documentation, reports, visual designs, logos, trademarks, service names, icons, templates, benchmark methodology, product analytics and all related intellectual property are owned by Find.report or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable Fees, we grant Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for internal business purposes during the subscription term. No other rights are granted.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, feedback or feature requests, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.
13. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other party that is marked confidential or should reasonably be understood as confidential. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and may use it only to perform obligations or exercise rights under these Terms.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from a third party without confidentiality obligations, or required to be disclosed by law, regulation, court order or governmental authority.
14. Security, availability and support
14.1 Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect the Service and Customer Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. Measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, audit logging, monitoring, backup processes, least-privilege access and vendor due diligence. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
14.2 Availability
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, patches, security fixes, emergency changes or infrastructure changes. Temporary interruptions may occur due to third-party providers, network issues, cyber incidents, legal requirements or operational factors.
14.3 Support
Support channels and response times depend on the Plan. We may provide support by email, in-app support, documentation or other channels. We may require diagnostic information to investigate issues.
15. Beta and experimental features
We may offer beta, preview, experimental, early-access or trial features. Such features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, unsupported, changed or discontinued at any time. Beta features are provided for evaluation and should not be used for critical decisions without independent verification.
16. Customer compliance responsibilities
Customer is responsible for complying with all laws and obligations applicable to its business, industry, data, users, connected accounts and decisions, including tax, accounting, employment, privacy, data protection, financial services, sanctions, export control, anti-bribery, consumer protection, recordkeeping and professional obligations.
Customer is responsible for determining whether use of the Service is suitable for its regulatory environment and for obtaining any required professional review, approvals, consents, licences, notices or authorisations.
17. Suspension and termination
17.1 Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access immediately if we reasonably believe that: (a) Customer or an Authorised User breached these Terms; (b) access creates security, legal, operational, reputational or financial risk; (c) payment is overdue; (d) Customer Data may infringe rights or violate law; (e) suspension is required by law or a third-party provider; or (f) the Service is being misused.
17.2 Termination by Customer
Customer may stop using the Service or cancel a subscription as described in the account settings, order form or support process. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle Customer to a refund for the current paid period unless required by law or expressly stated.
17.3 Termination by Find.report
We may terminate access if Customer materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within a reasonable period after notice, if payment remains overdue, if Customer becomes insolvent, if we discontinue the Service, or if continued service would create legal, security or operational risk.
17.4 Effect of termination
On termination, Customer’s right to use the Service ends. We may disable access, stop processing Customer Data except as needed for lawful retention, and delete Customer Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, backup cycles and legal obligations. Customer should export required data before termination.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all AI Outputs, dashboards, reports, classifications, benchmarks, calculations, forecasts, summaries, integrations and third-party content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability and suitability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, compatible with Customer systems or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find.report will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, business interruption, loss or corruption of data, or cost of substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find.report’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of: (a) the Fees paid by Customer to Find.report for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability; or (b) GBP 100.
The limitations apply whether liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute or otherwise, even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
20. Indemnity
Customer will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Find.report, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
- Customer Data;
- Customer’s breach of these Terms;
- Customer’s use or misuse of the Service or AI Outputs;
- Customer’s violation of law or third-party rights;
- Customer’s connected accounts, integrations or authorisations; or
- decisions, actions or omissions taken by Customer based on the Service.
21. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email, in-app notice, website notice or other reasonable method. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If Customer does not agree, Customer must stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
22. General terms
Customer may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent, except to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of substantially all assets, provided the successor assumes the obligations. We may assign these Terms as part of a corporate transaction or to an affiliate.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any order form, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum and referenced policies, form the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.
